Entrepreneurship and Career Coaching for Laboratory & Allied Health Professionals
Healthcare careers can be highly competitive—both for those trying to enter the field without experience and for those seeking advancement. Acorn CE offers customized coaching services designed to support professionals at every stage of their career, whether you’re looking to grow within your current role or pursue the entrepreneurial path to launch your own business. We provide the tools, guidance, and mentorship needed for long-term success.
Examples of individuals we support include:
Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) starting their own concierge medicine practices
Laboratory professionals (MLS, PhD Lab Directors) launching independent consulting firms
Phlebotomists and Lab Assistants developing mobile phlebotomy and specimen collection services
Laboratory and allied health professionals transitioning into their first management role and seeking mentorship. Due to staffing shortages and reduced organizational resources, many first-time supervisors and managers receive limited support, making it difficult to find mentorship within their workplace. Acorn CE helps bridge this gap by offering external mentorship to those facing these challenges.
